Everyone in the office is extremely pleasant, friendly, and dedicated to the patient’s comfort and well-being. I have been going here for several years, and the experience just keeps getting better! I am amazed at their use of technology that makes the experience not only more efficient, but much more comfortable as well, I highly recommend them!

My experience at the East Cobb location has been fantastic. After several years of putting off dental care, I was very nervous to see a dentist again. Every step of the way, the staff here have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. Kimmy especially has been so considerate of my anxiety, explaining each step of my care thoroughly, answering my questions, and working with me to come up with a treatment plan that has resulted in a complete turn around of my dental health/oral hygiene. I am far healthier - and no longer afraid of going to the dentist - thanks to Kimmy and Dr. Smith!

I always assumed most Dentistry places were the same. Well, I was wrong. If you had trauma from past Dental experiences (going back to childhood), then this is where you want to take your adult self. I'll get into that ... This location offers General, Cosmetic, Restorative & Surgical Dentistry. Walking in, it's a very luxurious atmosphere. The "spa" feeling is there, for sure. You do feel like you're going to be pampered. Posh seating and drinks/snacks galore! The concierge, Kerri, is very friendly and bubbly, giving you a welcoming feeling. Take note costs might be a little more here, but insurance will typically still cover preventative maintenance (up to 90% I believe). They take a TON of photos. It was different than what I'm used to but in a good way. Dentistry has certainly advanced since the days of youth I recall. Both Ashley and Empress were kind & friendly. The hygienist, Kimmy, and Dr. Smith were also very welcoming. So, if you had past trauma, their line of questioning is there to help your comfort level & to understand concerns. They have a variety of options to increase your comfort level: warm neck pillows, blankets, headphones, eye masks, hand wax & lip balm. T

I never hesitate to leave a great review for professionals who truly deserve it. This was my first visit to Atlanta Dental Spa, and it was a genuinely pleasant experience. Dental procedures aren’t exactly something anyone looks forward to, but the human touch and level of care here made a real difference — I felt as relaxed and comfortable as possible and was able to fully trust the team. Not only did I receive high-quality treatment, but they also took the time to walk me through everything in detail during the consultation. I especially appreciated how much effort they put into helping me understand my insurance — it was clear they genuinely care and want to help, not just provide a service. You can feel the empathy in the way they treat their patients. I truly hope to continue coming here for my dental care — it’s rare to find a place where professionalism is matched with such a strong sense of humanity.

I can’t say enough good things about Atlanta Dental Spa on East Cobb. I’ve been coming here for almost four years now, and every single visit has been amazing. The customer service is top-notch, and they really go the extra mile to ensure you’re comfortable. From the moment I check in to the moment I check out, the experience is always seamless. What I love the most is how honest and transparent they are. They provide the treatments that are truly needed, never pushing unnecessary procedures just to inflate your bill, and processing insurance is a breeze. It’s refreshing to know they have your best interests in mind. Dr. Smith has been fantastic every time I’ve come in, and the staff is just as wonderful. Kerri, Liz and Lindsey at the front desk are always super helpful, and my dental assistants—Empress, Ashley, and Kimmy—are incredible. They always make me feel so at ease and well taken care of. And let’s talk about the little touches that make such a big difference. The warm blankets and hot shoulder beam bags really add to the relaxing experience.
